Error "Could not copy file" during installation +
The ZIP was packaged on Windows (backslashes in paths). Download version v3.3.5+ — the problem is fixed. Alternatively, install via FTP by extracting the ZIP locally.
Shipping method doesn't appear in the cart +
Check: 1. Does the shipping zone contain the "InPost Parcel Locker" method? 2. Is the customer's country one of the 14 supported EU countries? 3. Are there active plugins blocking native rendering (e.g. Flexible Shipping)?
The "Select parcel locker" button is invisible +
This is the most common issue related to cache or a custom checkout template. Open the console (F12) and check if `psConfig.licenseActive` is `1`. Try adding `?nocache=1` to the URL.
Does the plugin support the new Checkout (Blocks)? +
Yes, the plugin supports WooCommerce Blocks Checkout (WC 8.3+). The widget is injected via JavaScript, and validation goes through the WooCommerce Store API.
Conflicts with cache plugins (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed) +
Cache plugins can delay the bridge script loading. Exclude `ps-wc-bridge.js` from minification and deferred execution. For LiteSpeed, disable caching for checkout and cart pages.
Compatibility with themes (Flatsome, Divi, Elementor) +
Thanks to the 8-layer injection system, the button appears even on themes with their custom checkout template. If it's missing, use the native shortcode `[woocommerce_checkout]`.
