1. Data Controller

ParcelSelector operates parcelselector.com and the Parcel Selector WordPress plugin.

2. Data We Collect

Map API: Country code only (e.g. PL). IP address for rate limiting (not stored). No personal data collected.

Label Generation: Carrier, parcel size, sender address, recipient pickup point. Stored max 24h (unpaid) or 7 days (completed). All label processing is handled by ParcelSelector infrastructure.

Payments: Public blockchain wallet addresses and transaction IDs only.

3. Third-Party Services

• OpenStreetMap — map tiles
• CoinGecko — crypto exchange rates (no personal data)
• FlagCDN — country flag images in admin (no personal data)
• ipapi.co — optional geolocation (only on explicit user request)

4. Data Retention

Map requests: not logged. Label sessions: 24h-7 days. Generated PDFs: 7 days.

5. Security

HTTPS encryption, HMAC-SHA256 authentication, rate limiting, input sanitization, Redis sessions with automatic expiry.

6. GDPR Rights

You have the right to access, delete, object to processing, and data portability. Most data is automatically deleted within 24 hours to 7 days.

7. Cookies

The Parcel Selector plugin sets no cookies.
